Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and is not permitted on Celebrity Status. It applies to all users, creators, hosts and staff, and to all content β€” posts, images, video, audio, live broadcasts, karaoke performances, watch parties, chat, messages, dating profiles and paid content. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

Adult content and services

  • Nudity, sexually explicit acts, or sexually explicit imagery or audio.
  • Adult live chat, sexual solicitation, escort or companion services.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Sharing, requesting or linking to adult content hosted elsewhere.

Intellectual property and proprietary rights infringement

  • Using trademarks, logos, brand names or other proprietary material without authorization.
  • Impersonating another person, brand or creator.
  • Misappropriating trade secrets or confidential information.

Copyright-infringing content

  • Uploading or streaming music, films, shows, recordings or broadcasts you do not have the rights to.
  • Distributing leaked, unreleased or pirated material of any kind.
  • Recording and redistributing paid or subscription content from the Platform.

Violent extremism and hate

  • Content that engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence.
  • Hate speech or attacks toward any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin or any other protected characteristic.
  • Recruiting for, fundraising for or glorifying extremist or terrorist organizations.

Other prohibited conduct

  • Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing or targeted abuse.
  • Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes or misrepresentation.
  • Sharing another person's private information or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Any content or activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable or interfere with Platform security or moderation tools.

2. Monetization Restrictions

Content in the categories above may not be monetized on the Platform. This means you may not sell, gate, gift-enable, tip-enable or otherwise earn from:

  • Adult content or adult services of any kind.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • Copyright-infringing content, including leaked or pirated material.
  • Content that promotes or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech.

We may remove any such content, disable monetization on it, and reverse or withhold earnings associated with it. Attempting to route prohibited content through paid features, private messages, paid live streams or third-party links is itself a violation.

3. Enforcement

When we identify a violation, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Remove or restrict the content.
  • Issue a warning or strike against the account.
  • Disable monetization and withhold associated earnings.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement where required.

4. Repeat Violators

We track violations and apply escalating enforcement. Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy will lose monetization privileges and, on further violations, be permanently removed from the Platform. Serious violations β€” including content sexualizing minors, credible violent threats, or coordinated infringement β€” may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it using the in-app report control on the content itself, or through the Contact page. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may not be able to share the outcome of every review, but every report is assessed. See our Reporting and Takedown Process for how reports are triaged, reviewed and enforced.

6. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal through the Contact page. Appeals are reviewed by a member of the moderation team who was not involved in the original decision.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated policy.
