Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Celebrity Status (the "Platform"), including our websites, mobile applications, live streaming, karaoke and watch party features, messaging, dating, subscriptions and paid content tools. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility — 18 and Over Only

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the Platform. This applies to every user, creator, host and viewer without exception.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You may not use the Platform if you have previously been removed for violating these Terms or the AUP.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We may require age or identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail verification, or that we reasonably believe belong to a minor, will be suspended or terminated and any balance forfeited.

3. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through the Contact page if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Payments, Billing and Subscriptions

Payments on the Platform are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method.

• We do not store or have access to your full card number. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor.
• All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable Platform fees unless stated otherwise.
• Recurring subscriptions auto-renew. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We may change subscription prices or plan features with advance notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.
• Unless required by law, purchases of Krush coins, gifts, tips, one-time paid content unlocks and single live-stream entry fees are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions are non-refundable for periods already used.
• If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access and any associated balance while the dispute is investigated, and may terminate the account if the dispute is found to be fraudulent.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from your purchases or earnings, and for any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your provider.

5. Krush Coins

Krush is the Platform's in-app virtual currency. Krush coins are a limited, non-transferable license to access Platform features. They are not money, do not accrue interest, and cannot be redeemed for cash by fans.

• Krush is used to send gifts, unlock paid content, tip creators and purchase store items.
• Bonus Krush awarded through promotions, games or challenges is not cashable.
• Krush purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Krush has no value outside the Platform and may not be sold or exchanged off-platform.
• We may void Krush that was obtained through fraud, error, chargeback or a violation of these Terms.

6. Creator Monetization and Payouts

Creators may earn from gifts, tips, subscriptions, paid posts, paid live streams and other monetization tools. To receive payouts you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and an eligible creator in good standing.
• Complete identity and payout account verification.
• Comply at all times with these Terms and the AUP.

Earnings may be subject to Platform fees and applicable taxes. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings. We may withhold, reverse or reclaim amounts that result from fraud, chargebacks, policy violations or content that is later removed. Payouts may be delayed or held while an account is under review for a suspected violation.

7. Paid Content and Access

Creators may offer subscription tiers, pay-per-view posts and paid live streams. Prices are set by creators. Access is granted to your account only and may not be shared, recorded, downloaded, redistributed or resold. Circumventing a paywall, or redistributing paid content, is a violation of these Terms and may also infringe the creator's rights.

8. Live, Karaoke and Watch Parties

Live broadcasts, karaoke sessions and watch parties may involve real-time audio, video and chat. You are responsible for everything you broadcast, play or share, including any music, video or third-party content. You must hold the necessary rights to any content you perform, stream or display. The Platform does not grant you any rights to third-party music, films, shows or broadcasts.

9. Prohibited Content and Monetization Restrictions

The following categories of content are prohibited on the Platform and may not be monetized in any form — including through subscriptions, gifts, tips, pay-per-view unlocks, paid live streams, store items or any other paid feature:

• Adult content and services. Content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts, including subscriber-only nude images and adult audio/video live chat.
• Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement. Content that infringes trademarks, logos, brand names or other proprietary rights, or that impersonates another person or brand.
• Copyright-infringing content. Content that infringes copyright, including leaked music albums, pirated films, shows or broadcasts, and material you do not hold the rights to.
• Violent extremism. Content that engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence, or hate speech toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.

This list is not exhaustive. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out additional prohibited conduct. Content that sexualizes minors is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate termination and a report to law enforcement.

10. Enforcement, Reporting and Repeat Violators

Reporting. End users, rights holders and any other aggrieved party may report content they believe violates these Terms or the AUP using the in-app report control on the content itself, or through the Contact page. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may not be able to share the outcome of every review, but every report is assessed. The full procedure — including review states, enforcement actions, escalation and response targets — is set out in our Reporting and Takedown Process.

Enforcement. When we identify a violation, we may remove or restrict the content, issue a warning or strike, disable monetization and withhold associated earnings, suspend or terminate the account, and report illegal activity to law enforcement where required.

Repeat violators. We track violations against accounts and apply escalating enforcement. Accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or the AUP will lose monetization privileges and, on further violations, be permanently removed from the Platform. Serious violations — including content sexualizing minors, credible violent threats, or coordinated infringement — may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

Appeals. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal through the Contact page.

11. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting content you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content solely to operate, promote and improve the Platform. You represent that you own or have all rights necessary to post your content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

12. Copyright and Takedowns

We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and will remove material found to infringe. If you believe your work has been used on the Platform without authorization, contact us through the Contact page with a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend, demonetize or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the AUP, if required by law, or to protect the Platform or other users. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately and unpaid balances may be forfeited where the termination results from fraud or a serious violation.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
